Dirty windows
If the windows are dirty, additional methods such as double washing, scraping or special window cleaning acids will be applied. Our window washers are extra careful and deal with the dirty windows with more attention.
Obstacles
We advise our customers to clean, remove the surroundings of the windows and expensive items away from windows. Even though we are insured, we do not want any unexpected situation at our valued customers.
Residential Window Cleaning Frequency
UzbServices offers valued residential customers semiannual or annually window cleaning services. Usually, our regular customers want their windows cleaning semiannually. The longer time it takes between the window cleanings, the built-up dirt, hard water and oxidation that comes from metal screens and sprinklers will be harder to get off the glass. Therefore, we offer 20% discount for semiannual residential window cleaning services.
Working families for the visual estimate
We understand that most of our clients will work full time. Therefore, we can do that all from the outside and you do not need to be home when we perform the estimate. All we need to do is take a quick count of the number of different types of windows in your home (awning, bay, basement, double-hung, French, sliding, etc.) We will call you with an estimate or email.
Rainy days
We usually watch the weather forecasts before we arrive, and most of the time it does not rain all day. During late spring to early summer, Atlanta and north Georgia will experience less than 50 percent rain forecast which means pockets of rain in different areas. Usually, the rain will pass or will not rain even though it was forecasted. Even though it rains extended period of time, we will reschedule the service next available day or earlier next week.
Service Appointment Day
UzbServices is superior at scheduling the time, emailing or text messaging. We will not just show up, we usually text before we arrive and Uzb technicians will introduce themselves to our customers and walk around to see what equipment is needed to reach the windows. UzbServices has first priority for the safety and protection of home surfaces, landscaping, flowers of our valued customer’s premises.
Present while service is rendering
Staying at home or leaving the home for window cleaning is your choice. Some of our regular customers work full time and let us clean their windows while at work. Most of our technicians have between 5-10 years of experience and insured.
